Email info@astroanamika.in. For an existing order, write from the same email address used at checkout and include the Order ID in the subject line.
Information to include
Include your name, registered email address, Order ID and a short description of the issue. If relevant, state the payment date and transaction reference.
Payment and delivery help
For a confirmed payment or delayed report, first check your Spam, Junk and Promotions folders and My Reports. Then contact support with the Order ID so the status can be checked.
Data and policy requests
Use the subject “Data Request” or name the policy in your subject line. Identity or order ownership may be verified before personal information is disclosed, corrected or deleted.
Security reminder
Never share a password, OTP, UPI PIN, CVV or complete card number. Astro Anamika support will never request these details.
