Information we collect
When you begin entering checkout details, we may save a valid email address before you reach the payment screen. We may also collect your name, mobile number, date and place of birth, birth time, commonly used name, partner details and the answers you submit for a selected report. We also receive basic technical information such as device type, browser, page visits and payment status.
How we use information
Information is used to save an incomplete checkout, send a first reminder after 30 minutes, a second reminder after 20 hours and then up to one reminder per day for 30 days with a secure purchase link, calculate and prepare a personalised report after payment, process an order, send the PDF, provide customer support, prevent fraud, maintain service security and improve the website. Checkout reminders stop after successful payment and every message includes a link to stop further reminders. Other marketing messages are sent only where the customer has provided the required consent.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Razorpay or another displayed payment provider. Astro Anamika does not request or store your UPI PIN, OTP, CVV or complete card number. Payment providers may process information under their own privacy policies.
Analytics and advertising
First-party analytics and, where configured, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity may be used to measure visits, report-page views, checkout activity, advertising performance and usability. First-party activity uses a random browser identifier rather than your name. Personal birth details, report answers, email addresses and phone numbers are not intentionally sent in analytics event data.
Anonymised recent-purchase display
The relevant report page may show that an anonymised customer from a city recently purchased that report. Customer names and exact purchase times are not displayed. Email addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth, birth times and report answers are never included. This information is used only after payment has been verified and is not linked to a public customer profile.
Service providers
Limited information may be shared with providers that support payment processing, secure hosting, PDF storage, email delivery, analytics, fraud prevention and customer support. They receive only the information needed to perform their service.
Storage and retention
Order and report information is retained for as long as reasonably required to deliver the service, provide access, resolve disputes and meet tax, accounting or legal obligations. Generated reports are stored in protected storage and are not intended for public access.
Security
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect stored information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Customers should protect access to their email and should never share an OTP, UPI PIN, CVV or password with support.
Your choices and requests
You can stop checkout reminders through the link included in each reminder email. You may also request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information by emailing info@astroanamika.in. We may verify the registered email address and Order ID before acting on a request. Certain transaction records may be retained where required by law.
