By using the website or completing an order, you agree to these terms and the separately published Privacy, Refund and Delivery Policies. If you do not agree, do not place an order.
Nature of the service
Astro Anamika provides personalised astrology and numerology reports for personal guidance, reflection and self-understanding. Reports are interpretive and do not guarantee marriage, relationship, visa, employment, business, income, health, legal or other outcomes.
Customer information
You are responsible for checking your name, birth details, contact information, partner details and selected report before payment. Incorrect or incomplete information may change the calculations and may require a separate new order.
Prices and payment
The amount shown at checkout includes the selected report and any optional add-ons. Payment must be completed through the displayed secure payment provider. An order is accepted only after successful payment confirmation.
Final sale and cancellation
Each order is a personalised digital report service. Once payment has been successfully made, the order cannot be cancelled and the payment is non-refundable. The separate Refund Policy forms part of these terms.
Delivery
Reports are delivered electronically to the email address entered at checkout and may also be available through My Reports. The stated delivery target may be affected by payment verification, incorrect customer information, email-provider delays or temporary technical issues.
Personal-use licence
The purchased PDF is licensed to the customer for personal use. It may not be resold, copied for commercial use, modified to misrepresent its source or uploaded publicly without written permission.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt fraud, payment abuse, unauthorised access, automated disruption, extraction of another customer's report or any use that harms the website, its customers or service providers.
Liability and professional advice
Reports do not replace qualified medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other professional advice. Decisions remain the customer's responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected report.
